That dreaded day is right around the corner and we all know what that means…Valentine’s Day. It’s not that I have problem with it, really, I just don’t like the accoutrements that come with it: red roses (I prefer white or pink), stuffed animals, assorted chocolates (just give me a whole box of chocolate covered gummy bears), or lavish gestures (engagements should NEVER happen on V-day).
