Ever since I decided I was getting married in Greece I have had this crazy anxiety about building a wardrobe that revolves around my Greece ideals. Meaning: the entire time I will be there (approximately 3 week) I will be wearing something white and something new. I have slowly been accumulating pieces that I am saving for Greece but then there are some pieces that I just cannotĀ wait to wear. This dress was definitely on my mind while I was mentally already packing for next year’s trip, and as you can see, it has already made its way into today. There is just something about the way it makes me feel that has me prancing around in it a little too often to be considered “new” for the trip.
The flowy fabric just adds to the insane beauty this dress has, with the gold leafed threading so delicately sewn in, and the whimsical silhouette, which typically goes against everything I can pull off. However, some things are worth making exceptions for.
What exceptions do you make when it comes to matters of your clothing choices?
I’m wearing: Rae Francis dress // Zara heels // Maison Scotch clutch (another I like) // Forever 21 necklace // Karen Walker sunniesĀ
