+ cook down until juicy and soft
+ sprinkle a pinch of sugar
+ add angel hair pasta to sauce
+ mix well then top with tons of fresh basil
+ grate fresh cheese over pasta & serve

+ cook your chicken in olive oil
+ add chopped garlic & onion
+ season with cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt & pepper
+ once chicken is fully cooked, add green olives
+ pour some chicken broth & reduce to simmer and cover for 10 mins
+ serve over cous cous
*depending on how much juice you want, adjust the amount of broth and seasoning to taste
