I’m back with another full-body workout created by Joey Bronston. The equipment you’ll need is the same as Workout 1, which should make it very convenient for you. I’d say these exercises are some of my faves, as they target my trouble areas (love handles & lower abs). Sometimes before a full beach day (at home or even on vacation) I’ll quickly go through this workout. You don’t always have to the entire workout (repeating each exercise 3 times), you can adjust the timing to cater to your needs.
Here is the equipment you’ll need for today’s workout:
-A resistance band (extra tight)
