Each year, usually around this time, I do a major sunglass assessment. I like to have options but I also like to get a lot of wear out of each pair. I usually end up with a handful of styles, from trending glasses to something more classic (usually some version of an aviator). Depending on the vibe I’m feeling or how hungover I am, there’s always a favorite pair waiting. If you’re looking to hone in on your Spring 2020 sunglass collection, these are four you need to consider:
Square Cat Eye: Definitely the trendiest pair on the list. They’re vibey and I’m into it. They’re very Lily which you know I love! You can find pairs for $14 on Amazon or if you want something toned down, I like this tortoiseshell pair (these will sell out ASAP, trust me).
Round Ray-Bans: This is probably my most worn over the last couple of years. They go with everything and are my #1’s.
Tortoiseshell Cat Eye: The amount of DMs I’ve gotten about their pair is insane. Not surprised because they’re cute AF. I’m picky about cat eye’s because they can feel grandma-ish and these don’t give me that vibe.
Black Metal Hexagon: You might remember Paul stretching this pair out literally the week I got them, UGH. I ended up ordering another pair and they’re still on current rotation. The black is a cute switch-up from the usual green/gold Ray-Ban situation but they do come in that combo as well.
