MY EVERYDAY Matcha

I switched from coffee to matcha earlier this year, and it’s been a long road to satisfaction (lol). I was dealing with daily bloating / gut issues, and people kept telling me that coffee could be a culprit, so as much as I live for coffee, I switched it up. Part of the reason I hesitated to switch to matcha was because I HATED the taste of it. It literally tasted like grass to me.
My SIL swore by Pique, so I finally copied her recipe and it was the first time I didn’t want to spit the matcha out. I will say it’s taken months to perfect my recipe, which I’m sharing today. I still treat myself to an iced coffee when I need it because nothing will ever replace it, but this everyday matcha is pretty delish.

Everyday Matcha
- + 1 packet Pique Matcha
- + Cinnamon (few dashes)
- + Hot water (~1 ounce)
- + Agave
- + Vanilla Extract
- + Ice
- + Milk (I use 3 Tree Vanilla Almond Milk)
- 1. Add in 1 packet of matcha to glass.
- 2. Sprinkle in a few dashes of cinnamon.
- 3. Pour in 1 ounce of hot water.
- 4. Mix well.
- 5. Add a splash of agave.
- 6. Add in a splash of vanilla extract.
- 7. Mix well.
- 8. Pour in LOTS of ice.
- 9. Fill will milk of choice.
