HOW I DEAL WITH Body Hair

Posts like this always make me laugh because it’s one of those topics I’d never think to write about but it’s something we all deal with: body hair. I shared on social recently that I shave daily and got a million shocked responses but I thought everyone did?! I cannot stand the feeling of stubble on my legs, so it’s always been a daily habit for me. This got me thinking about how I actually have an entire routine dedicated to body hair, I just didn’t realize it.

Since it’s clearly a hot topic, I wanted to share that routine, which is pretty simple:

LEGS

Shave daily. Here are my exact razors (have tried them all), and our shower oil is a must.

ARMS

Shave 1x a week, same situation as above.

ARMPITS & BIKINI

This is the one area I don’t f*ck with razors on because I’ve always dealt with skin irritation, bumps, and razor burn. Not cute. For these areas, I love lasers, but I will say it’s an ongoing thing. I went hard on lasers before I had kids, and then I’ve basically had to re-do the process and go every few months. It’s a pain but worth it!

Oh, and I tried this hair removal device because I’ve seen so many influencers post about it, but it hurt me SO bad. If anyone uses this, let me know what I’m doing wrong because I like the idea of it, + it has such good reviews.

FACE

Dermaflash every 6ish weeks. I started this a few years ago, and it’s been a game-changer for me. Everything from skin products to makeup works better when I’m consistent with this, and no, my hair doesn’t grow back thicker or darker. I have this one and have no complaints.

NOSE

I have no shame in admitting that I use this nose trimmer every other week or so. It’s painless and gets the job done.
